At Private Marker (a project by Osteria Digitale), your privacy is not just a legal promise, but the technical principle on which we built the entire application.

1. No photo ever leaves your computer

Our tool is designed to work 100% "Client-Side". The images you upload are NEVER sent, uploaded, or saved to our servers. All processing, including the AI that removes backgrounds from logos, happens entirely within your browser's memory (RAM) and is cleared when you close the page.

2. Registration Data

To let you save your logo and preferred settings, we ask you to create an account. When you sign in with Google, we only collect:

• Your email address (for service communications and updates about the tool).
• Your name and public Google profile picture (to personalize your interface).

This data is stored securely and will never be shared or sold to third parties for commercial purposes.
